Located in south-east Queensland, we endevour to source our fruits from the regional south-east Queensland fruit bowl that surrounds us to produce premium dried fruit products. Beginning with dried mangos from our own on mango orchard, the business has expanded to produce dried fruits all year round including fruits such as dried pineapple, dried apple, dried pear, dried orange, dried lemon and dried strawberries as well as semi-dried tomatoes.

Owners
Cameron and Muppi Dean both have backgrounds in agriculture and are passionate about the horticultural industry. Gin Gin & Dry was identified as a unique opportunity to operate together to farm and create value added fruit products. The taste of the dried mango, dried pineapple, dried fruits and the semi-dried tomato products are so authentic and pure that it is a pleasure to work and produce the products for others to enjoy.
The Process
The processing facility is nestled in our own mango orchard that supplies fruit for the dried mango. Other fruits are supplied from quality producers locally and in the Queensland south-east. Only the freshest fruits are used, processed and dried only when ripe for fullness of flavour. Our facility is certified by a SGS HAACP quality assurance to assist providing quality products.
