The snack packs are 40g. This is equivalent to approximately 280-320g of fresh fruit. This means that one snack pack is the equivalent to approximately one standard fruit serve.

How long does the fruit stay fresh?
The dried fruit just needs to stay away from humid air. Similarly to sultanas and raisins, if you keep them away from humid air they can last for months. The best thing to do is to keep it in a cool dark place if you do not want to eat the fruit immediately and want it to last for longer periods. In the fridge (or even freezer) is ideal.
