How does the shredding process work?
We use our off cuts in the dried fruit making process that are dried and then put through a hammermill that shreds the fruits. We are very passionate about waste minimisation. When all the hard work has gone into growing, packing and transporting the fruit, we then do the hard work of drying and we do not like to throw away offcuts.
