Ingredients
- 400g of good quality white chocolate
- 300g of 100% Australian Dried Shredded Fruit
Method
1. Line a 25cm x 35cm baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.
2. Place 300g of the white chocolate into a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water to melt (The classic double boiler method or you can microwave to melt in 30sec increments)
3. Stir occasionally then remove just before the chocolate is all melted. Be careful not to overheat. Add the remaining 100g of chocolate a bit at a time. Continue stirring and adding until the mixture is smooth and all the chocolate is dissolved.
4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking tray and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle over the 100% Australian Dried Shredded Fruit evenly and lightly press into the chocolate.
6. Place into the fridge for 30-60 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
7. Once set, you can break the chocolate into uneven pieces of “bark”. It’s that easy!
8. Wrap and decorate, or package into gift boxes. They also look great in jars for handmade Easter gifts. Be sure to store in sealed container in the fridge.
